612 Plant

13,800 sq. ft.

Located adjacent to Plant 1, in this facility, we do most of our shipping and receiving. The majority of our finished goods warehousing is done here, and some first operation steps such as sawing and shearing are performed in this building. Our materials procurement group under the supervision of our Materials Manager also calls Plant 2 home.

614 Plant

This plant is our headquarters location and is the home of our main offices for management and administration. In this facility, we also do our precision CNC machining, our metal stamping, and miscellaneous machining. Our Quality Assurance Manager and his staff are centered here in our main QA lab. In addition, some welding and assembly are performed here as well as at other plants.

This plant houses dedicated precision machining workcells and manual machines for tooling and maintenance work. In addition, we have a gravimetric testing laboratory for measurement of part cleanliness to customer specifications.

This plant is home to mechanical assembly operations and hardware kitting specific to one of our customers.

The operations in this plant include mechanical assembly operations specific to one of our customers along with warehousing space supporting our other Elon Place operations.

This plant houses the majority of our precision machining operations and our first operation sawing operations. In addition, we perform tube fabrication, flat bed laser cutting of tubing, and mechanical assembly operations here.

This plant acts as the central warehouse for our shipping, receiving, and storage needs for the Elon Place facilities. In addition the offices here are home to our shipping, purchasing, and planning support for these locations.

Our sheet metal fabrication operations are located here along with a quality assurance lab for the Elon Place facilities.

1253 Plant

This plant is dedicated to welding operations, both manual and robotic and includes light duty overhead cranes for handling larger weldments.

1255 Plant

24,000 sq. ft.

This new facility is built to house some long-term warehousing needs as well as to provide space for future growth.
